Package Include & Exclude

This Turkey Tour Packages includes and excludes the following, along with terms and conditions :

Make a deposit payment of IDR 5,000,000 /pax of the total cost and attach your passport which is still valid at the time of confirmation
The deadline for payment of tour fees is a maximum of 45 calendar days before the departure date
Tour cancellation penalty (Refund Policy):
a. Cancellation more than 35 calendar days before departure, Deposit is not possible returned
b. Cancellations 29 days – 15 calendar days before departure, will be subject to a penalty deduction 75% of the tour cost.
c. Cancellations less than 14 calendar days before departure will be subject to a penalty deduction 100% of the tour cost
There is no refund of the tour fee, if the tour participant cannot pass through immigration (for the trip
International) for any reason
Cancellations due to visa refusal (for international travel), still refer to cancellation penalty at point 5
If a departure is canceled due to force majeure, a cancellation fee will apply by following the policies of third parties (airlines, hotels, transport)
By paying the down payment for registering the Tour Fee, you are deemed to have understood and accepted applicable terms & conditions
